Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following relief :- "I Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing to the State Respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate grounds under the dying-in-hamess provisions on the death of petitioner husband namely Anwar Ahmad Ansari on 14.03.2025 (first posting as Primary Teacher and and later on promoted pas ARP (Academic Resource Person) under the District Basic Education Department Balrampur in the interest of justice. IL. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing to the Respondents to decide expeditiously reference letter dt. 09.06.2025, 22.07.2025 within a stipulated time period as may be deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court for securing the ends of justice. Copy of reference letter dt. 09.06.2025, 22.07.2025 is annexed herewith as Annexure No.5 to this petition" 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation/ letter/ application on 22.07.2025 before the opposite party no. 3/ Secretary, Secretary Basic Shiksha Parishad, Prayagraj, U.P. and the same is pending consideration. He further submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the opposite party no. 3 to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sajjad Husain, Kulsoom Firoz Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Noorunnisha .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy./Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Basic Education Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties has no objection to the contentions aforesaid. 5. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, the opposite party no. 3/ Secretary, Secretary Basic Shiksha Parishad, Prayagraj, U.P., is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2025 within a period of two months, in accordance with law, from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. 6.
