The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Lapung P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025, corresponding to NDPS Case No. 34 of 2025, registered under sections 18(c) of the NDPS Act, 1985, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2025 and allegation is made of cultivation of opium. He submits that the petitioner is in not in habit of cultivating opium. He submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 9 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of cultivation of opium is there. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2025 he has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 9 of the petition, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi, in connection with Lapung P.S.
