Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2. No notice be issued to respondent Nos.5 to 7 taking in view of nature of order proposed to be passed. 3. The instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to take all legal and necessary action in accordance with law against the private respondents in pursuance to the F.I.R. lodged by the petitioner on 20.10.2021 vide F.I.R. No.221 of 2021, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C. at Police Station Kotwali Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar, a copy of which is Annexure 1 to the petition. Further prayer is for a mandamus commanding the respondent(s) to carry out further investigation of the aforesaid F.I.R. 4. On the other hand, learned A.G.A. states that the concerned sale deed and the fingerprint of the petitioner have been sent to the F.S.L. on 25.07.2025.
