Heard Mr.M.Karthik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Writ Petition No.7044 of 2025 respondents. 3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner to the first respondent is under consideration and the first respondent has to seek for a report from the revenue authorities and if in case, the classification is changed, he must also get concurrence of the Commissioner of Land Administration. Therefore, some time is required to take a final decision. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court and considering the submissions of learned Additional Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to take a decision on its own merits and in accordance with law on the representation made by the petitioner on 20.06.2024 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
