Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 20.03.2025 which is pending before the Collector, District- Sakti and he is only seeking a direction that the Collector, District- Sakti be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayed made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Collector, District- Sakti is directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioner way back on 20.03.2025 within a period of 60 days from the production of a copy of this order. 6.
