The present revision has been filed for the following main relief:- "Wherefore it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the criminal revision by setting aside the impugned judgement and order dated 06.09.2025 passed by court of Additional Sessions Judge / Special Judge (POCSO Act), Gonda, passed in Criminal Appeal No.65 of 2025. Further, revisionist prays to release him on bail in Case Crime No.0100 of 2025, U/S 65 (2), 351 (3), 127 (2) of BNS, 2023 and 5m and 6 of POCSO Act, P.S.- Itiyathok, District - Gonda, in the interest of justice." Learned Counsel for the revisionist states that on account of some formal defects regarding impleading of opposite parties, he does not want to press the present revision and liberty may be granted to the revisionist to file a fresh with proper parties, pleadings and documents in support thereof. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified copies of order and documents, annexed in the present revision, to the learned Counsel for the revisionist, if he applies for the and submit the copies of same.
