He has sought for a patta in his name for the said property, based on his representation dated 15.03.2023, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Since the said representation has not been considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondents. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners and any other third party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 20044 of 2024 5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation dated 15.03.2023 seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the objections, if any, of the neighbouring land owners and any other third party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire.
