PUD has been received from the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bemetara with a request for extension of time to conclude the trial as directed by this Court in WP(227) No. 115/2022 vide order dated 02.01.2024 wherein it has been directed to decide the same within an outer limit of one year from the next date of hearing. 3 3. In view of the submissions made in the PUD, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made in the PUD. Prayer is allowed and extension of time is granted. Further four months time is granted to the trial Court for concluding the trial. The time given shall start from 09th June, 2025. 4. In view of the above, the instant MCC stands disposed of.
