He submits that post of respondent No.6 has been abolished and the same has been replaced by the Mela Adhikari, Kumbh Mela. 3. The writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party Nos. 4 to 7 to release the amount of ex- gratia/compensation as announced by the State Govt. to the member of victims suffered in stampede in Kumbh Mela at Prayagraj occurred on 29.01.2025." 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Mela Adhikari, submits that certain documents had been sought from the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to produce all the documents before the authority on November 4th November, 2025, at 11 a.m. at the office of Mela Adhikari, Kumbh Mela, Prayagraj. Upon producing all the documents, the authorities are directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and after perusing the documents produced by the petitioner, should pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from November 4th, 2025.
