Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus be issued commanding the opp. Party No.2 to 4 to restrain the opp. party No.5 not to disturb the peaceful married life of the petitioners & not to harass the petitioners." 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 22.04.2025 received from In-charge Inspector, Police Station Mubarakpur, District Azamgarh, submits that no F.I.R. is registered against the petitioners, therefore, the question of harassment to the petitioners does not arise. The said instructions are taken on record. 5. Since no one has appeared for the petitioners, therefore, it appears that on account of the aforesaid fact, none is appearing on behalf of the petitioners. 6. Dismissed accordingly.
