Case No. 07 of 2024 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 15(c), 22 and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge-IV-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Dhanbad. 3. On 10.01.2024 at about 06.50 pm, Barwadda police apprehended co-accused Prabhash Chandra Mandal from a place near Muradih bridge. On search, ten kilograms of poppy husk was recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor he was named in the FIR. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-IV-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Dhanbad, in connection with N.D.P.S.
