The contention of the petitioner is that both the show cause notice issued under Section 7 of the Act and impugned order passed under Section 6 of the Act have been served on the petitioner on 06.06.2025 by way of affixture at the premises of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the opportunity that has been provided under Act to the petitioner to object the impugned proceedings have become redundant since the petitioner was never served with the show cause notice before passing the impugned order. 5. The said non-serving has not been disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 6. Having regard to the same, this Court deems it appropriate to set-aside the impugned proceedings passed under Section 6 of Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act, 1905, granting liberty to the petitioner to file objections to the show cause notice dated 18.03.2025 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 3 Upon filing of such objections, the respondent-Tahsildar is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
