Balldi Rai, District Sultanpur. At the very outset, learned AGA states that the charge sheet has been filed in this matter on 3.9.2025. The statement of the learned AGA has been recorded. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue other remedies that may be available to him under law. Learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
