Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State. 2. The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the court of Additional Principal Judge, Room No.7, Family Court, Lucknow to decide complaint case no.551 of 2017 filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 2017 without any substantial progress. The applicant is the wife. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on one or other way, adjournment is being sought by opposite party no.2, that is why the case could not be decided though more than eight years have passed. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before the court concerned, without giving unnecessary adjournments and after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. 5.
