Order 11/06/2025 This bail application has been filed by the accused-petitioners under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in respect of FIR No.184/2025 registered with Police Station Kanota, District Jaipur City (East) for the offence under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 304(2), 329(3), 109(1) and 351(2)(3) of BNS. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the FIR whereas no offence alleged has been committed by them. There are general allegations against all the persons implicated as accused in FIR and injuries, if sustained by the injured, have not [2025:RJ-JP:23092] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-6928/2025] been assigned to the petitioners. The accused-petitioners are ladies and only on account of their presence on site, false allegations have been levelled. No investigation is pending against them nor they are required for custodial interrogation. Even as per Section 483 while considering bail application, in appropriate case bail can be granted to a woman. They are behind the bars since 12.05.2025. Trial is likely to take considerably long time. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. Considered the submissions made at Bar. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is hereby allowed. The accused-petitioners-Heera Meena W/o Shri Suraj Meena and Guddi Devi W/o Shri Gajanand Meena shall be released on bail in pursuance of FIR No.184/2025 registered with Police Station Kanota, District Jaipur City (East) on furnishing personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- each along with two sureties of the like amount. That apart, the accused-petitioners shall also follow the conditions as under:- (i) They shall not tamper with any evidence, nor would influence the witnesses in the case. (ii) They shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court.
