This petition has been filed challenging the FIR No.0500 of 2024 dated 11.10.2024, under Sections 498-A, 313, 504 and 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Maurawan, District Unnao. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court by means of the order dated 14.11.2024 and as per report dated 20.12.2024 of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, the mediation has concluded with the settlement between the parties, which has been annexed with the same. 4. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, submits that after investigation in the matter, the final report dated 03.02.2025 was prepared and the same has been forwarded to the supervisory authority. .
