Police Station without registering any crime. During the course of hearing, the learned Assistant 2. Government Pleader for Home placed written instructions dated 11.06.2025, furnished by the Inspector of Police, Rajam Town l/c Rajam ® Circle, Vizianagaram District. 3. The same is placed on record. On perusal of the said instructions, it is clear that the 4. allegations leveled against the respondents are not true and the Police never called the petitioner to the Police Station. It is further stated in the said instructions that on 05.07.2024, the petitioner was called to the Police Station so as to enquire with regard to an issue. Thereafter, they did not call the petitioner to the Police Station. Recording the said instructions, the present writ 5. petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
