The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was having extra marital affair with the defacto complainant. It is alleged that the defacto complainant refused to continue the same, due to which the petitioner abused the defacto complainant and also attacked the husband of the defacto complainant with knife. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and sought for bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent while opposing the bail to the petitioner, reiterated the prosecution case. He further submitted that even though the injured discharged from the hospital he is taking treatment in the private hospital and the petitioner is having 5 previous case similar in nature 5.Considering the facts of the case and the bad antecedent of the petitioner and the injured is still taking treatment in the private hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
