This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has prayed for the following substantial reliefs: "i) Issue a writ of certiorari or a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari so as to quash the impugned order dated 20.07.2024, issued by Special Land Acquisition Officer i.e. opposite party number 4 as contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition; ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Devipatan Mandal, Gonda i.e. opposite party number 2 to decide the Revision being Revision No.1499/2024, Computerized No. C202408000001499 under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, at the earliest on merits within a period as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, without being influenced by the illegal and unauthorised order dated 27.07.2024, passed by opposite party number 4;" 3. Prayer (ii) is allowed. 4. The Regional Authority is directed to decide the revision after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from date, without being influenced by the impugned order passed by Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rajeiu Kumar Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
