Nagvanshi, learned Additional C.S.C. submits that there are subsequent events that claim of petitioner was rejected by concerned respondents in pursuance of an order passed by this Court in the case of Anil Kumar Nayak and others which was challenged before this Court in a writ petition. Said writ petition was allowed, however, State respondents went to Division Bench of this Court where there is a stay order. 2. In view of above, learned Additional C.S.C. prays that this writ petition may be dismissed as rendered infructuous. 3.
