By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for fair investigation in respect of First Information Report dated 26.09.2024 registered as F.I.R./Case Crime No.377/2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 351(3), 333, 324(4), 125, 310(2), 74, 115(2) B.N.S., Police Station Bangarmau, District Unnao. Issue notice to the opposite party nos.5 to 37. Learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the records, we hereby direct the Station House Officer, Police Station Bangarmau, District Unnao, to file his personal affidavit that what steps have been taken by him in the matter in question by the next date of listing.
