Case No. 114 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 64 of BNS and under Section 4 and 6 of POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape with a minor victim girl. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2024. 5.
