Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahuwadar P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 326(g), 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. On 30.04.2025 at about 8.00 pm, 6 to 7 unknown extremists entered into the house of the informant and abducted the father of the informant and thereafter, he was shot. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor he was put on test identification parade. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused, Krishna Yadav, who has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 7201 of 2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Mahuwadar P.S.
