The learned Appellate Court granted time to the petitioner to deposit 10% of the compensation awarded by the learned Trial Court on or before 10.12.2024. The petitioner without bringing same to the notice of the learned Appellate Court about the maintainability of the petition has filed straightaway the revision case. Nothing remains in this revision case for adjudication because it was only a formal return of the petition filed for seeking extension of time. Had there been any order passed by the learned Trial Court, definitely there would have been a cause for determination in this revision case. The petitioner ought to have represented the petition with relevant citations. 3. For the above reasons, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, requiring the petitioner to represent the petition which was returned relying on the decisions, if any.
