Heard Shri Ganga Prasad Mishra, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Vikas Ria, the learned State Counsel. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ of mandamus for removal of encroachment of land bearing gata No.150 measuring area 0.0017 hectares situated in village Asthana, Tehsil Milkipur, District- Ayodhya. 3. On the basis of written instruction as provided by the SDM, Milkipur, Ayodhya, the learned State Counsel has informed the Court that a civil suit regarding the land in question has already been subjudice and, therefore, the administrative authorities cannot take any action during pendency of the civil suit. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission made in the instructions, there is no ground to interfere in this public interest litigation which is dismissed accordingly.
