Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 126(2)/118(1)/109/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. On 19.02.2025 at 1.00 p.m., Informant was returning home with his brother Shivam Ghosh. When they reached near Raj Electricals, Ghatkidih, four unknown persons on two motorcycles and named accused persons intercepted them. It is alleged that unknown persons shot at the brother of the Informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Learned counsel for the Informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioners were part of criminal conspiracy in committing murder of the deceased 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is no specific allegation of firing against the petitioners. 2. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Bistupur P.S.
