This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the UP Public Services Tribunal to expedite the hearing of Claim Petition No. 1411 of 2021. 2. We have perused the order sheet from which it does not appear that there is any unusual delay and most of the time, proceedings have been adjourned on the request of the petitioner himself. In the absence of information with regard to availability of cases before the Tribunal, we would be reluctant to pass any order for expediting the proceedings. 3. Leaving it open for the petitioner to request the Tribunal to fix an early date for disposal, which shall be accorded consideration as per the convenience of the Tribunal itself, we consign the petition to records.
