The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 110/2024, registered under sections 64, 85, 82(2), 318(4), 351(2), 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, and under section ¾ of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not solemnized any marriage with Rinky Gorai rather she has filed a case being Olidih P.S. Case No. 54/2024 when she came to know that petitioner has solemnized marriage with the present informant however subsequently the said case has been compromised. He submits that the petitioner is the husband of the informant and case has been registered under sections 64, 85, 82(2), 318(4), 351(2), 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, and under section ¾ of Dowry Prohibition Act. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of having relationship with another lady. 5. Considering that petitioner and informant are husband and wife respectively and the allegations are made of having relationship with another lady however one case filed by another lady has been compromised, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner above named, is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Golmuri P.S.
