Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This criminal appeal under Section 14-A(1) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed impeaching the orders dated 11.05.2022, 17.11.2023 and 23.11.2023 as well as the charge sheet dated 14.10.2021, arising out of Case Crime No.0076/2021, 323, 504, 506, 354Kha of the I.P.C. and Section 3 (2)(v) of the SC/ST Act, Police Station - Husainganj, Distirct- Lucknow. Shri Bachchu Lal, learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that the appellants have already been granted interim bail by the trial court concerned. Therefore, he does not want to press the present criminal appeal and requested that the appeal may be dismissed as not pressed. Aforesaid has not been opposed by the learned counsel for the State. Accordingly, the present criminal appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
