The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 90/2023. The daughter of the informant died at her matrimonial house in unnatural circumstances. The petitioner no. 1 is the mother-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is the sister-in-law and the petitioner no. 3 is the brother-in-law of the deceased who all are in custody since 19.03.2025. The father-in-law of the deceased has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 3273/2024. It appears that charge has been framed under Section 306 IPC. The allegations being general and omnibus in nature and considering the fact that one of the co-accused, similarly situated, having been granted bail by this Court, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with Chhattarpur P.S.
