SUSHMA YAGANTI The Court made the following order: This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of orders dated 02.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33086/2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the respondent authorities have complied with the orders dated 02.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.33086/2023, however with certain delay, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case. 3. As per the directions of this Court, 1st contemnor appeared virtually and 7th contemnor appeared physically before this Court and submitted that due to technical and administrative reasons, the authorities could not take steps in time and the said mistake was neither willful nor wanton. They further rendered unconditional apology and prayed to condone the delay. 4. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated by the respondents for the delay caused in implementing the orders of this Court and as the authorities have already complied the orders of this Court, the contempt case is liable to be closed.
