List after one month. Pendency of this petition shall not be made a ground for stalling the investigation or any other proceedings which may be pending before any authority or forum as per law." 3. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions dated 27.03.2024 received from Rajendra Ram, Sub Inspector, Police Station Lalganj, District Pratapgarh, submits that the charge sheet No.52/23 dated 10.01.2023 was forwarded to the concerned court. Thus, this misconceived petition was filed.
