Heard learned Counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite party Nos.1 to 3 and Mr.Varun Pandey, learned Counsel for opposite party No.4. Petition has been filed seeking following relief(s):- (I) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite party no.3 i.e., Tahsildar, Tahsil - Sadar, District - Ayodhya to issue the EWS certificate to the petitioner on Central Government's prescribed format to the current date, on the basis of EWS certificate dated 27.05.2024 which was issued earlier in the U.P. Government's format for financial year 2024-25 based on family income detail of the petitioner in financial year 2023-24, so that petitioner may not be deprived to the joining on his post, due to non-acceptance of the said certificate by the appointing authority." Learned State Counsel has been provided instructions dated 09.10.2025 which are taken on record and on the basis of instructions, it has been submitted that the State Government has already issued EWS State Certificate to petitioner, but he will require to apply a fresh on the Central Government's prescribed format for the aforesaid certificate which has not Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Prasiddha Narayan Singh, Dharmendra Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Kushagra Dikshit Aman Singh .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Learned counsel for opposite party no.4, on the basis of instructions, submits that once petitioner applies in correct format for the Central Government EWS Certificate, same can be issued on the basis of Certificate already issued by State Authorities. In view of the aforesaid, petitioner is granted liberty to apply afresh for Central Government EWS Certificate in the prescribed format pertaining to Central Government Certificate. In case any such on-line application is uploaded in the correct format, same shall be considered and decided by opposite party No.3, Tahsildar, Tahsil Sadar, District Ayodhya within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of on-line application in the correct format.
