Verma, Additional Advocate Generals with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General. ____________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner, as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by Mr. Abhishek Thakur, learned counsel representing the petitioner, is that though vide office order dated 08.07.2025, petitioner herein came to be transferred to GGSSS Joginder Nagar, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, against vacant post, but he is not being allowed to join at transferred station. 2. Vide order dated 11.07.2025, this Court called upon learned Additional Advocate General to have instructions that why petitioner is not being permitted to join at GGSSS Joginder Nagar, 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. Learned Deputy Advocate General states that he has not received any instructions. 3. Since on account of his having been relieved from previous station i.e. GSSS Chauntra, District Mandi, petitioner at present is not posted anywhere, coupled with the fact that office order dated 08.07.2025, thereby transferring petitioner from GSSS Chauntra, District Mandi, to GGSSS Joginder Nagar, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, has not been laid challenge in any proceedings, this Court sees no impediment in issuing direction to the competent authority i.e. Principal of GGSSS Joginder Nagar, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh to permit the petitioner to join forthwith, failing which, he would invite contempt proceedings.
