This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail under Sections 482 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Surksha Sanhita, 2023, apprehending his arrest for offences under Sections 223, 292 & 299 of BNS and Section 67 of I.T. Act. 3. The learned APP opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. There is allegation that the petitioner was posting messages on social media groups to disturb the communal harmony. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I find that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Goda (M) P.S. Case No.57 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda, stands rejected. 7. Petitioner should appear before the concerned Court. (ANANDA SEN, J.) R.S./
