We are satisfied with the explanations given by the petitioner for not being able to appear before the Court when the matter was taken up for hearing on 21st August, 2025 and the appeal and the application were dismissed for default. 4. In view thereof, the order dated 21st August, 2025 is recalled and the appeal and the application are restored to its original file and number with an assurance that the defects shall be removed on or before 26th September, 2025, in default, the appeal and the application shall stand dismissed without any reference to this Court. 5.
