By way of present writ petition, the petitioner/defendant challenges the order dated 6.1.2025 passed by the 2nd Jt. Civil Judge, Junior Division, Nanded below Exh. 32 in R.C.S. No. 317/2022 by which application moved by the plaintiff/respondent for appointment of Court Commissioner is rejected. The petitioner has also filed reply to the aforesaid application. Since the application filed by the plaintiff/respondent is rejected, there is no cause to the petitioner/defendant challenge the impugned order. If the defendant wants to seek appointment of Court Commissioner, the petitioner/defendant may independently apply before the trial Court for the same. 2. In view of the above discussion, no case is made out for interference. The writ petition is dismissed.
