The present criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 5.2.2025 passed by ACJM/Additional Civil Judge (S.D.) In this matter, the FIR had been lodged on 20.3.2019 and thereafter the charge-sheet has been filed on 15.5.2019. In the impugned order, it is specifically mentioned by the learned Magistrate after application of his judicial mind that after filing the charge-sheet, the accused appeared and released on bail. Thereafter, the charge was framed against the accused- revisionist on 6.4.2024 and he denied the charges and seeks trial. Rampur in Case No.1001 of 2020 arising out of Case Crime No.91 of 2019 (State vs. Natthu Lal and others) under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324 IPC, Police Station- Shahzadnagar, Rampur, is neither having any illegality or irregularity.
