Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition was filed against the rejection of the discharge petition vide order dated 09.02.2018 passed in Complaint Case No. 1069 of 2014 filed under Section 245 of Cr.P.C. and affirmed by the revisional Court vide its order dated 24.05.2018, but during pendency of this petition, charge has been framed against the petitioner. Accordingly, I.A. No. 1694 of 2024 has been filed in this petition challenging the order for charge framing dated 10.06.2019 and the same has been dismissed with the observation that order framing charge is a revisional order. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner wants to file revision against the order of framing charge and prays to withdraw this application. 3.
