(Oral) Precisely, the grouse of the petitioner, as has been highlighted in the petition and further canvassed by learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner herein has been granted work charge status in terms of judgment passed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in Suraj Mani’s case as is evident from annexure P-1, but till date pay fixation has not been done. 2. Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, while putting in appearance on behalf of the respondents fairly states that order of pay of fixation, if not already passed, shall be passed expeditiously, preferably, within two weeks. - 2 - 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, present petition is disposed of alongwith pending application, if any.
