[2025:RJ-JP:7081] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 14816/2014 Hari Narain son of Mahadev, resident of Village Kookas Tehsil Amer District Jaipur ----Petitioner Versus 1. District Collector, District Collectorate, Banipark Jaipur. 2. Director, Medical and Health Department, Swasthya Bhawan, Tilak Marg, Jaipur. 3. Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Kookas, Village Kookas, Tehsil Amer, ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. O.P. Mishra For Respondent(s) : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 18/02/2025 1. Counsel for petitioner submits that after institution of the present writ petition on 20.12.2014, petitioner has not turned up, therefore, he pleads no instructions. 2. From perusal of the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner raised a grievance in respect of mis/non management of the property and permitting encroachment thereupon by the respondents, which was allegedly gifted by the forefathers of petitioner to run a Government Dispensary way back on 28.08.1988. 3. Admittedly, according to petitioner, property has been gifted to the Government, hence, it is for the State Government to look [2025:RJ-JP:7081] (2 of 2) [CW-14816/2014] after and manage its property and petitioner has no locus standi in his personal capacity to raise any grievance in that respect. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is devoid of merits and same is hereby dismissed. 5. All pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of. (SUDESH BANSAL),J SOURAV /45
