AGP Mr. Shamim ul Bari … for the State-respondent(s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact of unauthorized parking in and around his premises. State has submitted a report which reflects that the traffic department, till date, in the last seven months, has prosecuted as many as 855 vehicles at Jodhpur Park 2nd Lane and, as many as 5014 vehicles at Jodhpur Park area for unauthorized parking. Having regard to the steps taken as submitted by the Deputy Commissioner of Police as also the steps taken by the Officer-in-charge of Lake Police Station, I direct that both the authorities will continue their monitoring so that the inconveniences faced by the petitioner are dissuaded. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 8811 of 2025 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta.
