Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for State-respondent nos.1 and 3 and learned counsel for respondents nos. 2 and 4. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner has applied for an electricity connection on 08.04.2205, but the respondent authorities have not issued a fresh electricity connection in favour of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made several representations before the Sub Divisional Officer, Vidyut Vibhag, Bisauli, Budaun (respondent no. 2), but the same have not been decided till date and are still pending consideration. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent no.2 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Sub Divisional Officer, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sitaram Patel Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Mukesh Kumar Singh Vinit Kumar Sharma .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) Vidyut Vibhag, Bisauli, Budaun (respondent no. 2) to consider and decide the petitioner's representations dated 08.04.2025 and 16.04.2025 in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production a certified copy of this order.
