No.3253 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025, directing the petitioner to sign before the respondent police, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while granting bail, the XVIII Judicial Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, imposed a condition on the petitioner, specifically condition 5(b), which says that after release from judicial custody, the petitioner is directed to appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 A.M., until further orders. He further submits that the petitioner is having threat in appearing before the respondent police and therefore, prays for modification of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner had not complied with the condition imposed by the Court below. 3.
