The instant contempt application has been filed for the alleged non- compliance of the order dated 03.04.2023 passed in W.P. (PIL) No. 205 of 2021, whereby it has been ordered that the alleged encroachment made by one Ramadheer Tiwary be removed. 2. The opposite party no. 2 has filed a show cause affidavit dated 11.09.2025 wherein it has been pointed out that the alleged encroachment made by the said Ramadheer Tiwary has now been removed on 09.09.2025 and a report to that effect has also been annexed as Annexure-A to the said show cause affidavit. 3.
