The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief(s):- “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to club both the FIR bearing Crime No. 07/2025 registered at Police Station Khamtarai, District - Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under section 103 and 238(a) of BNS and Crime No. 05/2025 registered at Police Station - Dharsiva, District -Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under section 103(1) of BNS. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities that both the offence is to be investigated together by the police officer of Police Station - Khamtarai, District -Raipur (C.G.). 10.3 That, this Court many kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to complete the investigation fairly and expeditiously in accordance with law. 10.4 That, any other writs and direction which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, may kindly be granted to the petitioner.” 3. After arguing for length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach before the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. 3 4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for in favour of the petitioner.
