Roy, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicants, namely, 1. Ajoy Singha and 2. Sandhya Rani Devi in connection with Criminal Petition No. 1195/2025 praying for extension of period granted by this Court by order dated 22.09.2025 passed in Criminal Petition No. 1195/2025 for appearing before the Trial Court. 3. It appears that by the order dated 22.09.2025 passed in Criminal Petition No. 1195/2025, this Court had directed the petitioners to appear before the Trial Court on 25.09.2025, however, it appears that the said order was uploaded in the website of the High Court belatedly, and hence, the petitioners could not appear before the Trial Court on the date fixed. 4. As the grounds shown by the petitioners appears to be reasonable, further 15(fifteen) days time, from the date of this order, is granted to both the petitioners for appearing before the Trial Court in terms of the order dated 22.09.2025 passed in Criminal Petition No. 1195/2025. 5.
