GP FOR ENDOWMENTS The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.28198 of 2025 ORDER:- This Court, vide order dated 13.10.2025, granted interim order, staying auction issued vide notification dated 06.10.2025 scheduled to be held on 14.10.2025, additionally, this Court permitted the petitioners to file additional explanation, if any, with all relevant documents. It appears that the petitioners herein have filed explanation on 26.05.2025 and basing on the explanation, the 4th respondent has passed final order on 13.01.2026 under Section 83(2) of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (for short,’ ‘the Act’), directing the petitioners herein to evict from the land of an extent of Acs.7.11 cents in Sy.No.54/2 and Acs.3.12 in Sy.No.44/2. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondents have passed order under Section 83(2) of the Act, and hence, it is requested this Court to permit/allow the petitioners to invoke the alternative remedy as provided under the Act. 3. Permission as sought for by the petitioners is accorded and the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final order passed by the 4th respondent on 13.01.2026 in accordance with law. 4 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
