Heard Shri Shesh Kumar Srivastava and Shri Ramesh Singh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and Shri Raj Kumar Verma, learned Advocate holding brief of Shri Arun Kr. Bajpayee, learned counsel appearing for contesting respondent no.7 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 3. By means of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the prescribed authority namely Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Kanpur Nagar to dispose of the matter of election dispute within a time bound period under the reference made by Deputy Registrar Firms, Society and chits as office bearers of the lawyers' Association which is a registered society under Society Registration Act and term of which is only one year. 4. Learned Standing Counsel and counsel appearing for respondent no.7 do not have any objection in the event any such direction is issued to respondent no. 3 who is competent competent authority to set-aside the matter of election dispute under Section 25 of the Society Registration Act.
