Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State-respondent. 2. This application has been filed by applicant for quashing the entire proceeding of Complaint Case No.15 of 2019, under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Hathras Gate, District Hathras pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No.3, Hathras along with order dated 6.2.2025. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that cheque of Rs. 10,00,000/- was dishonoured and the applicant is ready to pay the amount in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Damodar S. Prabhu Vs. Sayed Babalal H., 2010(5) SCC 663. 4. In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the applicant, the present application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to prefer an application for compounding before the court concerned within thirty days from today. 5. In the event, application for compounding is filed, the same shall be considered by the court concerned in light of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Damodar S. Prabhu (supra).
